Newbie from Ontario

Hi everyone! So my story is that I had lost about 55 lbs after having my second child and was doing great exercising and eating healthy. Then November roles around and the dreaded Christmas baking starts ***dum dum dum*** So I had stopped exercising and eating all sorts of goodies and have gained back atleast 10 lbs since November.

My scale is a cheapy so I'm not sure of my exact weight but it says I'm 160 (I'd guess around 164). Anyways, I started exercising again last week every day and eating healthy again. I've never been too caught up in numbers. I'll know I've reached my goal when I feel good and sexy again ;)
I want to lost the muffin top and gain some muscle.
This site seems great and I love that I can track my food and exercise. Hoping to meet some people to help keep me motivated and I hope to help out too. :)

Congratulations on your new baby! This is a great site you're going to love it. The forum is especially nice, so let me be the first to say welcome aboard!

Kim, go jump into the 7 day motivational thread in women's corner section. You will get a ton of support there. We start Monday (or anytime, really, you can jump in) with goals...or no goals...however you want, and there's a lot of chatting about food/exercise and unrelated stuff. We're just starting off our new week this morning. Hope to see you over there!
