I'm trying this Fitday to try to motivate me more to lose weight. I want to lose weight so that I can stay healthy for my kids and stay fit to do activities that I love to do and maybe new ones that I want to try out.:D

You've taken a great new step forward! What great motivators they are - better health, new possibilities, for the family, but most of all for you. I hope you can stick around the forums for support & feel free to jump in on various threads on the board.

hello and welcome. I rejoined this month as well. Like youo I have several reasons to loose wieght. I may have sleep apnea,but cannot afford the full test. I have type 2 diabetes and migrains all of which will get better if the weight comes off.
I had to change jobs 4 1/2 years ago. Instead of being somewhere where I could walk and and do my job, now I sit on my butt and take calls at a call center. Easier on the old bones but now I have wedgatated. I have gained about 30lbs since.
I will be working short hours for a few weeks. So I am going to clean house one rome at a time,top to bottom.That shouldl get the muscles working again.
post often and as I've learned this past year-faith in yourself gets you farther down the road then.
