Hi,

My name is Erin, and I have decided that 2012 is going to be my year to gain a healthy lifestyle!!! I am really excited about this venture, and really hope that I can turn my life around!!! Hey Erin! Welcome to FitDay! Be sure to look around all the different boards, there's lots of encouragement, advice and support here if you ask for it! Be sure to check out the Women's Only Forum, my fave thread being the 7 Day Motivational Thread. It's a weekly thread that is stickied to the top of the forum so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. It's a way to set weekly goals for yourself and keep track of your progress. There's a lot of great ladies over there. Hope to see you around! Good Luck!!!
