Day 1, Week 1, Whatever You Want To Call It

Hi friends!
So I figured the only way I will be able to succeed is to keep a tab on myself. I'm not going to be writing about my feelings or cravings.. Just simply eating clean and posting weekly pictures. I appreciate any feedback or recommendations! - CHRiS |

I can't wait to see the results of your changes you're going to make. BTW - I like the Chinese proverb in your signature. It's so true. If you ever change your mind about posting elsewhere, I'm sure you're most welcome to join in! I know that it helps me to keep on the Healthcare Path. |
I'd like to thank you all for your support. I want to succeed just as much as everyone else wants me to!

I strayed a little off track, but got my head back in the game.

Being consistent is definitely key. Once you realize that putting the right foods into your body improves overall performance during an exercise, I think that should be enough to block out anything with poor nutrition. I am doing P90X and running here and there, however, I sometimes take an extra day off. So more like P100X or P110X..? haha

Admirable.
I don't think I'd be comfortable posting a pic of my belly online, although I'm a little heavier than you are. I'm impressed with your courage and commitment to keeping it real!
