New to fitday, trying to lose weight in work camp
I came across this website and thought it would help me track everything. I have been struggling as I live/work on a rotational schedule.
For two weeks of camp with no control over food quality and only two choices at meal times, 12 hour days flipping between night and day shift, free weights and one cardio machine for everyone to share as the only exercise options. 200 people with one cardio and a policy prohibiting going for a walk after work means that extra exercise is minimal.
Then one week in the real world where I can work out, but suddenly have to obtain groceries for a week (without leaving left overs at the end) and have a multitude of choices, including junk food (not available in the camp).
I am really hoping someone might have experienced weight loss in a work camp environment and be able to give me some pointers.
