Here we go again
 

Hi, I'm Dotty. I live in Surrey, England. I've lost 4 stone before but have been so busy the last couple of years that it first of all crept up but then I gave up smoking 3 minths ago and put on another stone taking me past tolerable weight. Be nice to meet up some like minded people. I'm planning on hitting this quite hard exercise wise. I used to be a body builder and I'm going to get back to that. Good luck people.
