Default New and ready to burn

Hello evryone,

After i saw my self in an old picture, i was like, wow.., i really gained weight, now i am determined to loose 40 lbs( around the 20 KG). I am just asking evryones support and i really would like if someone woulda guide me once a day, just by emailing or facebook. So i can get a vision if i am doing right or good. Tips are allways welcome.

Welcome! As far as tips, "eat less and move more" has worked for me.

Seriously, maintaining (on average) a daily calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. At the end of the day, that's what all "diets" boil down to, no matter what gimmick or plan they use. And Fitday is the perfect way to help maintain a deficit.

Regards,
Michael

It's great that you are ready to burn the fat and not to starve it. Its always better for your health and condition to burn the fat by burning some extra calories than to eat less and starve your body. The first ways effects will last for longer
of course healthy eating is also important and sooner or later you would have to think of it too

Good luck in your journey, hope you will find here what you need to help you keep working towards your goals
