Angus the Assassin has arrived!
Just thought I'd drop by to say hello. First post so I'll keep it simple. I'm 41 year old male and totally out of control with my eating and exercising probably 30 - 40 mins a week. Oh yeah been in the Canadian Military for 23 years and sick and tired of being sick and tired lol

Welcome both of you!
I think that you will find that FitDay is the best tool available to get a handle on your eating. Try logging for a week or 2 w/o changing much in your normal eating habits. Then take a look at pie chart, nutrition graphs and tables to really get a handle on your strengths and weakness.
There are a ton of other tools, like the "Moods" tab that can help you identify triggers. Many of us are emotional eaters - I didn't realize until I logged moods and foods that loneliness was a big trigger for me. Since then, I have made a concerted effot to keep the social calendar filled.
Have fun exploring all the tools and keep us posted on your progress!
