Nervous about failure, excited about possibilites.
This time it's for MEEEEEEEEE.
I just started walking last week on a Monday. I've been out 7 times since. My goal is 45 minutes a day. I have been doing 35 - 45 each time out. I found this site this Monday.
I've been tracking everything I eat and do.
My starting weight is 178, my goal is 150.
Wish me luck friends.

I won't wish you luck, as there really is no luck involved in this, but I will wish you all the success in the world! It sure sounds like you're off to a good start. It's so important to keep the momentum going and log your food and exercise every day without fail.
So keep it up and let us know how you progress.
Regards,
Michael

Taking the first step is already a success. Everything you do to stop the damage of not eating right or working out is success. Make use of the forums and you will find lots of support and success stories to motivate you. Mary
