the numbers on this site don't seem quite right for example campbills soup the can says the whole can is 150.0 calories but it says 155.8 here, pork chops the package says 4oz is 130 calories but here it says 145.0
does anybody know why this is?

Welcome!
Recipes are always changing. If you want to make it easy on yourself, just use the numbers from here on the site. The process of tracking calories is not an exact science, especially when estimating your workout intensities for calories burned. Just do what you feel is right regarding caloric values and don't sweat the little details. You'll lose weight no matter what you do, so long as you track all of your foods you're consuming.
