Trying it out.
Here I am, my first day. My goal is to loose 2 pounds by September 30th---to start. I gained a pound just today :/ so I'll really have to step it up tomorrow and beyond....but yeah. I hope I'm successful!! And I hope everyone else is too!

To lose two pounds in four weeks you'll need an average daily calorie deficit of 250 calories. So you'll either need to eat 250 less calories per day, burn 250 calories more per day (through exercise) or better yet, a combination of the two.
