Hello. Looking for accountability from burners
Hello everyone. I have known about this fantastic site for a few years now; unfortunately, I have not used it like I should. I want to try to link up with some burners for some added accountability, tips, tricks, etc.

Mike (01gt4.6),
I sent you a friend request because it is uncanny that you have accomplished pretty much exactly what I want to accomplish. I'm almost 40 (37), got up to 210 lbs., and want to get down to about 175. I would love to get a chance to pick your brain about how you accomplished your goals. BTW, were you happy that they went back to the 5.0, vs the 4.6?
Looking forward to it,
Frank

Frank, I got your request just a little bit ago, and accepted.
As far as the 5.0, it's a pretty stout little motor but it's still a little motor. I couldn't believe that it took Ford this long to step the cubic inches back up, but they've done a wonderful job with it. It just a shame that Chevy's got Ford by 2 liters, but Ford has to be doing something right, they didn't need to be bailed out and the Mustang is still a top seller.
