Hi everyone!!
I'm a newbie who is very excited to start my weight program using this fitday log. I've actually been dieting for the last 8 months but have not weighed myself until this morning when I decided to start using this log. Numbers scare me, as soon as I see I havent loss anything it goes down hill so I judge only by the size of my clothes. Now I'm on a standstill so needed to try something different. I was happy to see I have lost 17 lbs but no where near where i need to be. I am giving 100 % of myself with this so best of luck to me and to all of you!!!
