Hi there, New Here . . . !!!

Hi there every one, i am new to the community and browsing make my way to the introduction thread.So i decided to brag something about myself.
My name is Forlan and i am from chicago . . . :)
Looking for some good cardio exercises. Hope i found some good stuff here.

Welcome to the forums. I wish I had more energy to do cardio ... but not so much today :( Good luck finding cardio tips.
