Hello all,

I think Fitday is a great nutritional tool along with it's other features. I am a fitness trainer and use this site for my clients, so I can monitor thier food journal and also keep up with thier activity journal.

They all love it and feel that it really helps them keep on tract.

I also use this site personnaly to monitor my own nutrition and activity.

Looking forward to future posts.

Thanks for using and promoting FitDay. I'm glad that you find it useful. We have been getting a lot of feedback from the members and we'll be rolling out some changes (improvements) with the next update. This should give you and your clients the ability to track some key things that aren't currently available.

Thanks Mike. I'm going to try and post profile of myself sometime this weekend. I have similar pics of myself over the past 14 months. Isn't great to get your life back again.
