Good morning Fitday friends ive been on this site for a couple of days and did not know that there are FORUMS so excited now. I was on the Atkins for a couple of weeks and they also have a Discussion Boards, I enjoyed reading and geting advise but the Atkins Diet is not for ME!!!! This is so much better and I hoping to meet alot of people and share my story with you.
