Losing weight successfully
I have been using Fitday to track my calories and nutrition for 3 weeks now, combined with exercise 3 times a week and have lost 10 lbs!:)

Way to Go!
I've been logging everything onto fit day since 5/18, I've lost about 5lbs in one week. I'm very happy, especially since that is down 10lbs since my high weight. :)
