Hello
Hello. I have used Fitday before, but now use it as a part of my diet and workout. I have lost weight from 205 to 150, then gained back to 180. Now I am down to around 162-165. My goal is to get to 150 before BMT, then after my Tech School I plan to pursue my passion of lifting. My goal is to compete in lifting competitions, maybe even try for representing the Air Force and winning the Military challenge []Bodybuilding.com - Bodybuilding.com And MusclePharm Present The 1st Annual 2010 Military Challenge..
I am going to also compete in Boxing, and that requires me to stay around 150, and the Air Force requires me to stay under 165, so I shall always be 'small' but weight lifting is a lifestyle to me, more then a hobby, and I plan to see myself change to a much stronger, and dedicated individual.
Hello, and I'm here to get to 8% or lower, and try to be as healthy as I can. I have huge goals, and I plan to accomplish them through strict dieting, stricter workouts, and through the most strict of training. It will take years for me to accomplish, but I think it will be worth it.
