Talking Hey!

Hey, i'm Emily 20 years old,
Just decided to join fitday.com after being refered by a friend.
Really hope this will help me plan my exercise/meals better, and keep track of what i've done in the past and how im progressing! .

So just stopping by in the forums to introduce myself

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
