I have been helping my brother figure out the best way to buy off road tires online, and honestly, I did not expect it to be this confusing. At first, it seemed like a simple decision, just find a good price and order, but once we started comparing options, things got complicated fast.
One thing we noticed is that there are so many different types of tires. Some are all terrain, others are mud terrain, and each one seems to perform differently depending on how you drive. From what I understand, all terrain tires try to balance both road comfort and off road capability, while more aggressive ones focus heavily on traction in rough conditions.
But here is where I am stuck. When you buy off road tires online, how do you really know what you are getting? My brother is worried about ending up with something too noisy or not suitable for daily driving. I even saw people online saying mud tires can be loud and wear out faster on regular roads.
