hey so i'm new here
hello. so my name is Jennifer, and i decided to Lose weight. im 21 years old and as of yesterday i quit smoking and started going to the gym. i signed up here to hopefully get a grasp at some good working out routines, and some good low fat/low cal meals to keep me going.

my current weight is 197 and my goal is 150 by the summer :)

Have you started logging your food and activities?

What workouts are you doing at your gym? Your summer goal sounds reasonable to me! :)

You will find a lot of good advice in the forums. If you have any questions just ask.

Sounds like you are off to a good start. Just get into a routine and you'll be fine. Your goal is perfect. Let us know how you're doing. A couple of us like to do a weigh in on Tuesdays. Just to have some accountability. You're welome to join us!
