Yup, you're going to have to work it, but I'm here to tell 'ya it can be done.
Do the math to see what your calorie level should be to meet your goad and get going on some sort of exercise if/when you're able.
That's it, really, eat less and move more and track it in FitDay.

Had to finish up and get outside early this morning for some quality time behind the snow blower (at least it's a pretty good workout).
