What should I do if I forget to take a Cephalexin 250 mg dose?

Take your Cephalexin 250 mg pill as soon as you remember. If you remember only a few hours before your next scheduled dose, take only one dose. Taking numerous doses at the same time to make up for missing doses is never a good idea. This could be fatal to one’s health.
