A healthy and balanced diet is a must for weight loss. You need not starve yourself. All you need to do is avoid high calorie foods and sugars. You also need to be active and get some amount of exercise in any form.

This is a scam, if you aren't buying something you're getting spyway from the line.

The only tip needed is to remember to keep calories brought in less than the calories you spend.
The best diet is to find one that is easy to adhere to.
There have been so many studies on the trillion dollar industry that is dieting. If you are thinking if a specific regimen to diet on, there are mountains so scientific, peer reviewed studies to compare them.

The short of it? As far as weightchange goes, they are almost identical in result. As far as plateauing goes? They are almost identical in duration.

The best of it? According to all diets, and 'miracle' substances, when they stop working, they uniformly recommend...

Counting your calories and adjusting your exercize routing. It all always boils down to in vs out.
