Hey guys

Hi everyone,my name is Rob. DIY enthusiast, plumber. Running my own local ervice in St.Louis dedicated to bathtub refinishing and repair. I`ve been having some health issues recently (gastritis), so strating my healty lifestyle and helthy eating journey. I don`t have any experience with diets at all actually
So hoping this forum will help me in some cases
