Newbie
Hi, I just started today. I used Fit Day many years ago. But as usual I just gave up. I'm 73 yrs old now and I have diabetes that is not under good control. My doctor said he is not worried about my exercise, he wants me to get my diet in order so I can lose about 100 lbs !!! Keep me in your prayers!!!

Smokin5520, FD is a great tool, Ive used it on/off for 15 yrs, mostly when losing weight! Logging what you eat....DAILY....pays off!
I let myself get 'weigh' out of hand over last 10 yrs, I too now have 100 to loooooooose. In my 60s, so journey is tougher than in younger years! Started this journey(my commitment) 7wks ago on Feb 25th, as of yesterday lost 28 lbs 😃 YAY! Drink LOTS of h20, T....consume about 900 quality cals/day: low fat meat, fish, chicken, turkey ( no added butter, mayo etc), clean vegis, no starch: rice/ potatoes/ bread, "fueling" spread out over 5 to 6 times day. It works!
Good luck 🍀
