New and going ketogenic. Got a question ...
Greetings from a newbie! I was wondering if there's a way to change Fitday's default from tracking calories in the journal to showing something else? I'm starting ketogenic, and they really emphasize not counting calories. I would rather be looking at how I'm doing with the percentage of protein, carbs and fat. Any way to do that?

There's a thread 'Newbie - Macronutrient counter' where the same kind of question is asked. I tried to explain the graphic that appears next to the food log (it breaks down by macronutrient). If it doesn't work as I explain it, or if there's a missing step I left out, I'll keep working on the explanation. It's not a premium feature to have that breakdown and that graphic.
