I just heard about this forum from my colleague and I just came here to know the answer to my fitness-oriented issue. Actually, I have heard a lot about Garcinia Cambogia. I saw many people in favour of this fruit and some also criticised this fruit. In last 1.5 years, I have almost lost 16 kg, and right now, my weight is 66kg. However, I felt now my weight is not losing quickly. Some of my friends suggested me this fruit, but they don't have used it. I researched a lot over the internet to know the credibility of this product but all of this stuff just confused me. I also read that improper dosage could also harmful. So, I just want to know to have any of yours used this fruit? I also want to know its cons. So, please share your own experience about the use of this fruit. I have also read a lot of stuff about its pros but as a woman, I also want to know its side effects? I just found this stuff little informative about Garcinia Cambogia. Please share some stuff with experience with me. |
