Default hey y'all

I want to start taking up some exercise on a regular base can you recommend any good options?
For now, I run every morning about 5-6 miles and follow a healthy balanced diet

If you want it to be regular, and fun, sign up for an exercise class at the Y. If you can't do that (showing up for class makes it regular), check out the free online videos on amazon prime (if you're a prime member) or look on youTube.

Okay Im new here to. Recently I joined the Y and i even upgraded on some fitness gear. time to hit the y

Why do not you seek on Youtube. There are plenty of videos there and you can learn a lot.
