Newbie with Questions
Hi guys! I'm a new fitday user and I'm hoping I'll really like it hear. I would love to be support buddies with anyone who is up for it. I'm at 39yr old mom of 2 (16 and 9). I currently weight 196 and am trying to lose approx 40lbs. My current question is about the message boards. Most of these boards I have used in the past have a 'daily thread' type board where people check in each day. I'm not really finding it. Yeah, I'm feeling a little lost (like it's my first day of school). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

We've got a "7 day motivational thread' where a group of us are checking in on a daily basis; every week we renew with new personal goals, if that helps. I think it's in the Women's Corner section. Other thread have check ins, too, albeit informally.
