Nutrition

What should a person be getting from their foods everyday for health-RDA's for protein, fats, etc? Is there a list posted on Fit Day?:)

Yup,
Click the "nutrition" tab below your food entries. It will compare what you have entered to what the RDA standards are.

I'm not sure there is an easy answer to what you should be getting in terms of proteins, fats, and carbs. The proportions are different for everyone, and as we've established on other posts, what the government says you should have for protein is, in the opinion of some, woefully inadequate.

If you are looking for information regarding the macronutrients of the protein, fat, and carb proportions, you can look through previous posts, as it's been discussed a lot! Here are a few:

If you are looking for specifics on micronutrients (vitamins, etc.), Pam's already pointed you right where you need to be :).
