Looking for Comfort and Happiness, but strange issue to overcome first
Hi everyone,
I'm a 20 year old girl and I have 6 kg to lose, which might not sound like much but they make my life hell and bring me down emotionally. My aim is happiness through comfort in my clothing and a general feeling of being energized and healthy.
In the past, every time my diet seemed to work, I would start seeing positive changes in my body and overall health, which instead of motivating me, made me feel scared of not recognizing myself, and led me to gaining that weight back again. I am not sure how to cope with this anymore, any advice ? Anyone has had the same happen to them ?
Wish me luck, and good luck to everyone !

Many people experience this, I have read. Maybe when you start losing significant weight, it would help to have a talk with a counselor or therapist when you start to feel vulnerable.
Some people feel better when they are heavier, even if they don't realize it. So the reasons for being heavy are still there after they lose weight.
A friend of mine used to say that she got sick every time she lost weight (had more colds, etc.) It's worth talking it out with a sensitive professional.
Good luck!

An important thing about a happy person is "They don't like to change themselves". I truly believe you are a happy person, or at least you want to be happy with your life. So that's why change doesn't make you happy. Being yourself is a good thing in your life. While keeping that in mind, you should think about your weight lose.
I suggest you to follow a longer procedure to lose 6 KG. If you don't rush it, then your mind won't mind your changes.
