Looking get fit and happy!
Hi people!
I am Abhilash. I am an electronics engineer and I work from my home, mostly seated and with not much strenuous activity. I used to be fit and now there is a Tyre around my waist. I want to get back to my normal state and I hope to interact with you guys and get some positive influence so that I can get back to be my best. Cheers and looking forward to meet great people! |

I failed to mention that I walk quiet a bit. Around 2 - 3 km a day. I am not too bulky... it's just my stomach that's not normal.. lol! Please suggest me something more than a walk.. hahaha... |

I recommend you to start by walking daily for one week. Take a 30 minutes walk at a bit faster speed than you normally walk. Fitness is more about mental game, you need to continue, stay positive and never lose hope.
