Default Hello Again

Not really a "Newcomer" but if there's a "Jumped Off The Wagon Wearing ____ Pounds", I didn't see it.

Last time I was here and shortly thereafter, my wife had a stroke, and from then on, I concentrated on her. The house, the increasing bills and having to cut way back on food (for the cheaper-bad for you-stuff didn't help matters. I also didn't think of my own health which was deteriorating.

Soooo. My wife is better, things are better (finances and such) and I am able to concentrtate on weight loss again. Right now I'm at 263 and working on it with exercise and (mostly) eating the right stuff.

Also, I am a (Vietnam) Vet and my local clinic has the "MOVE" program in which I am now participating.

Tracking my food and activities here has always been a favorite weight loss tool, so here I am - back at it.

Your well-wishes (for both of us, but mainly for her) are apprciated!
