Default my first week

Hi. I'm Becky. I have just completed my first week today. I had my first weigh in this morning and lost no weight, but on the upside, I didn't gain anything either. Did my first work out today and was able to do a total of 40 minutes. That's huge for me. I am a mom of one daughter who is 14 and we have 2 dogs, a cat, a ferret and a rabbit. My husband is a carpenter and I am a SAHM. I am 51 years old and this is my 3rd attempt at losing 25 lbs. I know that this time I'll reach my goal.

Just completed my second week. Weigh in was great. I lost 2lbs.

Default Exercise question

I have an exercise routine that I do about 4-5 times a week. It's core training, body sculpting and fitness walking. On days that I can only get out and walk,(i.e. Grocery shopping) does that count as well? Or is it only the exercise routine that I should count?

Some people only count workouts such as videos or going to the gym. That's how it was on other websites. I just wanted to be sure. Thanks for your help.
