Trying to stay fit!!
I just started fitday, I used to do sparkpeople, but I thought I would try something new. I am trying to eat clean and work out to lose about 10 pounds. I am not overweight, but I would like to have more definition, which is not easy for us females and a getting rid of some of the fat I have gained over the past few years, would be a step in the right direction.
My biggest problem is junk food. I love chips and pizza. I also love to workout, but am finding it harder to find the time with family, work, etc. My motto: Lift Heavy and Eat Clean! I break my rules way to often and I am hoping to reduce the rule breaking and do what I believe is best for my body. |
