hi and I am new
 
One more time, I am trying to lose weight.:) I am a grandmother so I need to lose to keep up with the kids.

My question is this. Can I just put in a food to find the calorie count and NOT add to my diary? I tried to find that but did not. Thanks

You can look at a food by adding it to your food log and then just deleting it (click on the red X) instead of keeping it.
