Exclamation New, here. Journey from skinny to fit.

Hey, y'all. (I'm from Texas.)

I'm glad to be here!

Being the skinny girl gets a little old. I go from 105 pounds to 125 pounds, back and forth. I'm 5'7".

I look my healthiest at 125. Small bone structure (or whatever the actual term is), small veins, small, small, small.

Any advice?

I think I know this:

- protein

- sprinting, instead of jogging

- get enough sleep

- eat 5-6 small meals per day (does this advice apply to someone who has no weight to lose?)

Are you looking to gain weight? At 105, you are underweight. At 125, you are at the low end of normal weight.

The items you list are tips for losing weight, not gaining.
