New, here. Journey from skinny to fit.
Hey, y'all. (I'm from Texas.)
I'm glad to be here!
Being the skinny girl gets a little old. I go from 105 pounds to 125 pounds, back and forth. I'm 5'7".
I look my healthiest at 125. Small bone structure (or whatever the actual term is), small veins, small, small, small.
Any advice?
I think I know this:
- protein
- sprinting, instead of jogging
- get enough sleep
- eat 5-6 small meals per day (does this advice apply to someone who has no weight to lose?)
