Hello everyone, I have already answered a few threads without introducing myself first in this section. I'm Vonda from CA, currently here in Manila for a short vacation with my husband. I'm not getting any younger so me and the husband (2 years younger than me) decided to start living healthy. I joined this community to learn more about diets, exercises, mostly about healthy stuff.
