Trying to loss a 10kg
 
Hai Fitdayians,

I am newbie to this forum and a 43 years old male. And my height is 168cm and around 80kg. I reckon this weight is a 10kg higher for me(may be more). So i planned to stick with some diet plan and whatsoever to loss those extra weight.

Hope this forum and memners will be very helpful for me..

Here are some tips to lose 10kg as fast as possible:

  • Do Exercises to burn your fat
  • Add more fiber to each meal
  • Chew your slowly
  • Create a scientific sleep schedule
