Newbie here in need of support

Hi, my name is Katie. I am 41 (soon to be 42). I have been married for 19 years and I have a 17 yr. old son. Hard to believe that I do not have much support to lose weight but it is true. My husband and son are both skinny. They want to eat everything and I can't. I am hoping that joining Fitday will help me. I need to lose at least 200 lbs.
