Newcomer

I'm 61, and have been dieting for years. I don't want to join any paid membership anymore. I'm glad I found this site. I'm on the computer a lot anyway, so I like this site to log what I do throughout the day. I'm looking forward to communicating with others who struggle to lose. I need to get serious about exercising. I look forward to tips and suggestions from others.
