Hello everyone!

This is my first day on FitDay. I have tried many other websites and for one reason or another I have moved on. I have battled weight all of my adult life. I am tired of fighting it. I want to get it under control now. I am 55 years old and the older I get the harder it is to lose.

I do well for a few days then I fall off program. I do belong to a gym that I love but, I am not faithful to going. Of course this slows progress. I would greatly like to find someone in my general area to plan walks and activities with. I believe having a friend to share the adventure with helps one stay on plan.
