Guten Abend,
I am a fitness enthusiast from the Pacific Northwest. I've been around the block when it comes to fitness. I've been in the game for 5.5 years. Started out walking, hiking and biking, then got into distance running and later lifting. Before that I was out of shape, fat, no muscle, prediabetic, prehypertension, on anti depressants, all that jazz, and now I'm sitting at around 190lbs 14% body fat and I've done two marathons. I've made mistakes (big and small), and successes (big and small). It's because of my journey that I'm now on track to finishing my B.S. in Kinesiology. Someday I want to teach others so they don't make my same mistakes. My favorite activities include Running, Martial Arts, Mountain/Trail biking, Lifting heavy weights, hiking, etc. I love researching, reading, and laying music on my free time. Currently my goals are to get down to 180lbs and 10% bodyfat, run faster, etc and it is going great. Lost 10lbs in the last 5 weeks or so with slight increases in strength.
