Hey everyone. I'm Lynn, 36 yr old female looking to drop 10 lb. Not only that, I need to increase my stamina, build some muscle and stick to a workout program longer than a week.
In addition to being incredibly lazy and demotivated, I struggle with overeating. I managed to lose this weight I gained just by being mindful of what I ate and stopped before I was full. I also am wheat free. Doesn't do anything for me so I have deleted it out of my diet. Looking forward to meeting everyone! L. |
