Hello dieters,
I started the USANA reset program on Monday 6/15/15 and I've already lost 7 pounds. Yes, it's mostly water-weight, but I feel great and it's working so I'm in the "cleanse" phase.
I heard about it through a friend of mine who is also on USANA. She started a week ahead of me and already has lost 10 lbs.
Of course, we are both morbidly obese ... I have 103 lbs. to lose and my friend has 70 lbs. to lose. Anyway, the journey starts with the small steps. Parked my car in a parking lot across the street from where I work, and I'm swimming every day for 30 minutes. Hopefully, I'll keep this going so that I can get off my high BP meds and my Type II diabetes meds.
