40/30/30?
Hi,
I'm just getting started and am wondering if there is a way to monitor the percentages of carbs/fat/protein in my nutrition reports. I'm trying to train for a 1/2 marathon and this is the prescribed nutrition ratio. I need a way to keep track.
Thanks!

Somewhere on the page of your daily food log (below in fitday classic), there's a pie chart that shows the percentages of macronutrients in your food for the day so far. It gives the percentages in numbers but the graphics pretty much show you at a glance.
The pie chart is to the right on the dashboard page when you are in fitday2, and also to the right when you are in the food log.
