Hi everyone just started today. Hoping to loose 22 kilo. Medication was the culprit for putting on the weight. Not on as much now so hopefully will start to loose it. Was a gym junkie once now can't find the motivation to go back. Think it is old age catching up with me.:)

Welcome! Good luck with your weight loss. Old age catches up with everyone but people lose weight at all ages - as reading this message board will show!
