I do not like diets, never work for me. I have thyroid failure so it's really difficult to keep the weight down. I must count EVERYTHING. Does anyone have any ideas for losing weight with thyroid failure? Much appreciated

Have you asked your doctor for suggestions that suit your particular condition?

In general, people must count calories - or at least be aware of them so that they can reduce calories to lose weight. Logging food in fitday will give you a good idea of how many calories you are ingesting to start with.

Good luck!

Cool calories

Try out different approaches, high protein, low carb, low calorie, replace junk food with healthy snacks, try anything, every opinion, will fit different people, try low carb first and then change it up, track your sleep, pm me if you would like more help
