Default new journey

hey everyone,
im new to this program and was just wondering if you all have any suggestions on how to stay on track. I am looking to start a new lifestyle and hoping today will be the first day of a new chapter in my life!

Welcome!

The tools are here for losing weight: logging your food (measure and then enter what you've eaten, or just use it for planning), logging your physical activity (It matters!) and setting goals. You can look at reports to see how you're doing and what needs changing. You can look to this message board for motivation and support (there's a forum for that)! You can do it!
